On October 27th, Company 5 was alerted for a motor vehicle accident along Clearfield Shawvillew Hwy at the Interstate 80 on ramp. Initial reports indicated two vehicles in which one was “T-boned” by another.

On October 9th, Company 5 was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident along Interstate 80 near the 108 westbound mile marker. Initial reports indicated unknown injuries, unknown entrapment.

On September 1st, Company was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident along Interstate 80 near mile marker 120 eastbound. Initial reports indicated a vehicle roll over with partial entrapment.

On August 26th, Company 5 was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident involving a single car in to a tree along old Penfield Road. Initial reports indicated minor injuries with no entrapment.

On July 9th, Company 5 was alerted for a vehicle accident with injury along Interstate 80​.

On April 22nd, Company 5 handled 4 separate vehicle crashes due to late April snow squalls moving through the area.
