On March 7th, Company 5 was dispatched to a commercial motor vehicle accident along Interstate 80 near the Clearfield exit. Initial reports indicated a tractor trailer jackknifed blocking the Interstate with injuries.

Rescue 5 and Assistant 5 responded arriving on scene to find the driver self extricated with shoulder pain. Crews assisted EMS with patient care and fluid control. Crews then conducted traffic control until PennDot arrived on scene.
