On February 28th, Company 5 was alerted to assist Glen Richey Fire Department with a 2 vehicle accident with entrapment at the intersection of the Glen Richey Hwy and Old Erie Pike, Lawrence Twp. Chief 7 arrived on the scene and confirmed the report of a male entrapped in the vehicle. Rescue 5 arrived on scene and was given orders to remove the doors on the vehicle and also to setup for a possible dash roll to remove the patient. Crews worked for approx 20 minutes to extricate the victim. Patient was then transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries by EMS.
