On February 28th around 9:39hrs Company 5 was dispatched as automatic aid with Company 44 to T Lee Taylor Road in Goshen Township for a reported small excavator fire. Engine 5 responded with a crew of 5 and was first arriving confirming a working fire. Crews pulled the front bumper attack line and was able to get a quick knock on the fire. Personnel also checked for extension to the trailer beside the excavator which proved negative and operated for approximately 30 minuets before returning to service.
