Around 7:30pm last night company 5 and 41 were alerted to a vehicle accident involving a motorcycle and a tractor trailer at the 111mm East bound of Interstate 80.  When units arrived on scene they discovered one motorcycle on the side of the road with the patient laying on the ground.  Crews assisted Ems and established a Landing Zone at one of the pre designated Moshannon State forest landing spots.
